My Approach

Perhaps you, like many of us, have been living in a fog for the past year. Or two. Or perhaps even more. Maybe you are dealing with anxiety, depression, crippling phobias or patterns of behavior that interfere with meaningful relationships, employment or movement towards your goals. We all have parts of self that interfere with our ability to lean into change or keep us at a distance from where we hope to be. Through the exploration of parts, we are able to listen to the most flawed aspects of ourselves with a new curiosity and question those voices that tell us we aren't enough or too broken. I am honored to guide you on that journey.  

My experience and training includes EMDR, Ego State Therapy, CBT, DBT and mindfulness.
